Becky is the Head of Planning and Insight, leading on the creation of fan research and insights that inspire strategic and creative thinking in the agency. She also oversees the agency's Fan Intelligence Network, a global group of influential fans and cultural tastemakers that we speak to, day in day out, to ensure our work is at the heart of fan culture. It's her team's job to understand fan behaviours and motivations, and ensure that the strategies and campaigns we design for our clients resonate with real fans.
Becky has been in the research and insight field for 12 years, having completed a PhD at the University of Manchester and worked in the insights team at an online retail business. She's been at Ear to the Ground for over 5 years.
